When you request a free estimate or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, any coupon code, and your message. If you become a customer, we may also collect your address and project details.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.
- How you found our site: the website or search that referred you, the first page you visited, and advertising campaign details (such as campaign tags and Google or Facebook ad click identifiers). If you submit a request, we store these with it so we can tell which advertising works. Your browser keeps this information for up to 90 days.
- Whether you clicked one of our phone numbers or submitted our estimate form.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to:

How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to Google’s and Meta’s own retention settings.

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), our customer-request system is limited to authorized staff, and we keep regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
